In a world where good governance and appropriate management increasingly became requirements imposed by donors, His Excellency Minister ANOBLE F Félix, since his accession to the head of the municipality in 2018, has opted for the digitalisation of all services, notably the digitalisation of communal revenues and taxes. It was impossible to make scientific revenue collection forecasts. The non existence of any data base made the quantification of taxpayers impossible. Impossible traceability, high probability of fraud, overuse of paperwork. The goal was to respond to all these needs by modernizing the revenue collection system with transparency and fairness.
