The External Employment Management Information System (EEMIS) automates business process in the labour externalization sector in line with Employment (Recruitment of Ugandan Migrant workers) Regulations, 2021. The system has been able to enhance efficiency, accountability and service delivery in safe and orderly externalization of labour. The system has also greatly addressed human trafficking in the guise of external jobs for Ugandans. The system is accessible online on https://eemis.mglsd.go.ug
